1. Where we use AI
AiTelegraph uses AI systems to:
- monitor sources and rank stories
- research, write and fact-check articles
- build the Markets, Research and Tools data (from public price, paper and model feeds)
- generate illustrations
- narrate podcasts and videos
- prepare social posts
2. How stories are checked
Our AI desk researches each story from its primary sources, writes it, and has a second AI pass fact-check every sentence against those sources and our style rules. Stories that pass are published automatically under the AiTelegraph Desk byline, without a person reading them first. Editors monitor what is published and correct or remove stories afterwards; a story carries a “Reviewed by” credit only when a person has reviewed it.
Pieces in our Analysis section are written by the AI desk, weigh named sources and take no side, and say so at the top.
3. Illustrations
Illustrations generated by AI are editorial artwork, not photographs of real events.
4. Reporting errors
Readers can report errors to our editors at any time; reported issues are reviewed by a human.
